Our Services
Our first appointment is an initial psychiatric evaluation to get to know you and understand your goals.
Follow-ups are to discuss how we are meeting your goals and work on changes. These visits are generally 20 to 30-minute sessions focusing on holistic treatment interventions. There is no rush – it is dependent on your needs.
The frequency of visits can vary from each individual and can range from weekly to every three months. We work together on a suitable time that works best for you.
We offer pharmacogenetic testing on how your genes may affect medication outcomes through GeneSight. If available, we also recommend family-owned or compounding pharmacies.
Bliss offers evidenced-based solutions on de-prescribing psychiatric medications – when possible and addressing underlying contributing factors.
Medical conditions or vitamin and nutritional deficiencies can contribute to or exacerbate symptoms. We utilize lab work to assess and rule out contributing factors.
We utilize evidence-based knowledge on supplementation for mental health. Our collaborators advise on a nutritional plan for mood, energy, anxiety, focus, and thinking.
Our Team
The first step in our wellness journey is hearing your story. We will cultivate a positive, warm relationship in every session. We work together as a team.
